API Board rejection- WES response soon?

    Hi
    It has been approx. two weeks since the API Board rejection of the initial WES bid. WES would have had a final bid price decided before the initial bid. Seems, IMO, that two weeks is sufficient time to make an increased offer - without seeming to be too keen.
