i listened to a group talk about climate change. It was a bit of a love fest but.. One of the points made was about cattle and their contribution to climate change. This has been known a long time, but it looks like a groundswell is going to try to move our eating habits from cattle to others. They talk about kangeroos, but there looks like practicality issues there. Less cattle, less grain needed? How do pigs/sheep/chickens fit into the gas emmissions problem?
