SP has held up reasonably given the complete lack of progress on offtakes and the silence from management.
8 months overdue now on the "offtakes by Christmas" messaging.
Was he lying, or simply completely ill-informed on how the process was likely to play out? Neither option great.

Perhaps our potential customers just went with their PRC colleagues over in North Qld?

Until they prove things with a BOA I expect this to drift lower. And nobody need tell me they have to wait for the Enviro sign off. That doesn't stop a customer signing with provisions in contract.
