Ok l was only responding to your initial question as you mentioned suing , if TOLL terminated the contract illegally.
l generally agree with you however if this option isn’t an avenue of appeal then contracts would have no meaning and companies could change the goal posts at their whim. Make an agreement, then exit afterwards.
You maybe should avoid using such words to begin with however l value your opinion.
