BVS has of course been a regular acquirer of businesses in the past … but with low share price, strong balance sheet and improving prospects as UK and Europe open up, wondering if someone may try to buy BVS? CGL last year came out of the blue - wondering if similar for BVS this year?
No real thoughts as to who might - but given above attributes and the amount of M&A activity underway, it’d seem like a possibility.
