Well there are a lot of dumb idiots to blame for the situation Australia is in. From the politicians who dragged their feet in getting vaccines to the complacent who haven't got vaccinated yet & the damm right stupid who ignore the rules in place. Everyone should do their bit & go out & get vaccinated ASAP so we can get to 80%+ vaccination rates & have no need for lockdowns & open up all the borders.
I had my second vaccination today & the nurse showed me a list of all the people who just didn't show up for their appointments this morning. To make matters worse I'm in a hot spot!
We can't afford to just keep giving out money to everyone just because we haven't got off our arses & got vaccinated. And if vaccination rates stall in the 60%+ range in the new year we should just open everything up & let nature take it's course.
