StockforProfit/others: Personally, I would not mind a CR at all. Indeed, I do PREFER a VERY solidly CASHED-up company any time! As recently as April/May 2021, PTX was trading BELOW 10cents - and (lest we forget!): for "ages", PTX did trade way below the 10cents level... Therefore, IF they can for instance raise a very solid amount (at, say, for instance 16 cents or 17 cents), most PTX holders should not view this as a problem but as assurance/insurance that PTX will be super-well funded going forward and giving the company plenty more options for tests and/or new additional collaborations etc. etc. etc.
All the aforementioned JIMHO, of course.
