Agreed optimistus, but my concern is that the reduction in dividend reflects not only covid conditions on rent paid but also new and potential new future rentals at a lower level than current contract rentals.
I still have a position, but my position was large after buying heavily in 2020.
So to mitigate risk I am taking part of the position off the table.
