it’s scary to think we have a board that will as you say “stop playing games” when put on notice by shareholders AND ASX and aren’t doing the right thing form the get go. A consolidation is a quick way to kill this company. The only reason it’s still got a market cap in the millions is because it’s sitting at rock bottom with so many shares on issue.
If these guys do a consolidation it will then open the share price to drop even further down possibly to rock bottom again and with less shares it will be worth in the hundreds of thousands market cap in which I can’t see it doing any serious business from there, not to mention how is the management team going to justify paying out over 500k in annual salary when company in this scenario could potentially be worth a few hundred thousand??
