I'm not going to talk down NVA fundamentals as I believe they will eventually speak for themselves. A big turning point for me was I use to email NVA and they use to respond promptly until the day I emailed them questioning RPM and not focussing on Korbel. I guess the email was a touch passive aggressive as part of it questioned the move to RPM and the fact that was all about performance options I.e average 0.4 & over 5moz = shares to the board. It was down hill from there, they never replied, I followed it up days later asking for a logical responsive that will reassure me, still no reply, replied back again saying I'm disappointed in the lack of reply and they have always been prompt in replying at which point they replied with a generic response saying they are focussing on drilling and have been busy yet didn't reply about RPM. I posted on HC previously about that and my disappointment.
If I believed the SS would be out by Xmas or SL would be ipo in the next month then I wouldn't have sold. SL announcements are way too similar to NVA delays except it's not COVID related, I don't know what the delay is in getting this off the ground. Website under construction which is great as it needed an update, more active on Twitter another tick but why the constant delays and 'amendments' to the SL IPO (first May then July).
Hopefully I can be back in prior to these announcements which I see happening 1st quarter 2022, if I miss out then hopefully my new direction is successful.
I would love to see credible management added or better still Chris focussing on operations and a new CEO focussing on direction.
Company knows more than me, all I can decide is where I invest today. Hope to rejoin the NVA family down the track. I completely agree other than the 18 million options executed and dumped just prior and after EOFY it's retail but seeing retail make up 70% of the company that's a big chunk selling.
