Yep - agreed here. If CR done at good price and for justifiable reason (e.g. to cover registration study) then could be a good plan IMO. Never know where the share price / market will be in 3 / 6 / 9 months time when they want to raise more cash.
Agree @BigDaniel that it's not needed and definitely has been signposted that cash isn't an issue, doesn't mean it can't happen ah la IMU. Anyways, maybe they want to provide a more comprehensive view of PTX-200 tomorrow and that's the reason for 3 x presos (PTX-100 results first, CART second, PTX-200 third). At least then there would be a reason for another Reach run preso which is the same barrel of fish they've already shot at twice.
