As mentioned by several others in this thread, it could only be BMM or AF. Either way, an updated F604 (relating to the sale side) should be inbound within the next couple of days. Only then will we know, unless the press leak it beforehand.
On the purchase side, this transaction isn't enough to trigger a F603 (new subs holder notice) in its own right. The holding would need to cross above the 150m holding threshold (5% of updated SOI) before a F603 becomes relevant.
