I did google maps between the two locations and they are ~2,000km as the crows fly. No I don't see synergies sharing equipment.
I guess I will have to wait and see from Management what the strategic thinking is on this acquisition. The fact that nothing has been released today tells me that they went into trading halt early because of the leaked news stories.
Let's see what happens and fingers crossed market loves what they have to say!
