Added to which Brainchip has employed a fulltime former Samsung legal eagle engineer to monitor and report on patents that Brainchip has filed and on any potential other entities patents that might infringe or be a threat in a technological sense. So when Peter van der Made stated three years ahead this was from a strong position of informed researched expert opinion. This is one of those statements from the CTO/Acting CEO if it is negligently incorrect would give rise to a monstrous class actions that would see Peter van der Made washing plates for the rest of his life along side the rest of the management team and Board.
Quite frankly it is a bankable statement of fact. Brainchip is three years ahead of the competition.
