You thought incorrectly. I have often stated I would never email the company as they would be prohibited from sharing any worthwhile information. Case in point, look at what Holla has posted re: contacting NOR.

I can confirm the word "pilot" was not mentioned in the Q. I am unsure how you can suggest some pilots are still alive and NOR is tendering for ones which have finished. But as always, you create a bullish scenario, sorry, a hyperbolic hypothetical.
