Issue is not underwritten according to that Peleton report.
As pointed out in previous posts, why would you pay 2.5c in SPP when possible to buy on market circa 2c? Yes the SPP funds go to the company and not to a departing shareholder. Still not convinced the finance team understand basic accounting principles and or effective control and reporting systems. Time will tell on that front, but really, 2 more added to the finance team to deliver what? Just another addition to overheads when proper management and reporting systems should be delivering the reports required to effectively manage the business.
Such a shame this company has been so poorly served by the finance team. plethora of errors from DD on LIFX to extravagant financing arrangements. Frankly dont know why I am still holding.
Maybe because I am looking forward to the day when BUD shares will pay for my house to be retrofitted with LIFX lighting? Bring it on. Meanwhile I survive with old technology.
