Hi guys,
I do not get institutional shareholders. If you want to offload the volume they have, then why not do a block trade to another institution. It does not really make sense dumping into the market and getting a lower exit price.
Having seen these guys trade many times before, the one bit of solace I have is they typically sell out just before a stock does a major rally.
Here's hoping they have gotten it wrong again, ahhaha
