feeling stable and mentally and physically well. turns out these magic pills cannot deal with curry for dinner and icecream and vannilla slice for dinner and two coffees vanilla slice and curry for breakfast . my bowls exploded (full disclaimer i am lactose intolerant).

spoke to my doctor yesterday and told them i am taking these in conjunction with my nut pills ( Lexapro) and i am feeling so good compared to last month. i then tried to explain the science , i feel this part of my consultation left the doctor happy for me but convinced i am still crazy lol. she said there is great research and promise in the area of probiotics but to keep taking my meds . lol
