BHP domt need any JORC or LOM
Noront & MCR proved this, the former has no LOM as they have no mine just stranded low grade drill hits with no mill & $1B capex need. MCR had a 2 year LOM for 13 years with BHP 100% offtake agreed, so no they dont need a 5 year LOM either.
POS has JORC already 400KT of it, headed to 500KT & LOM of 10 years at BS,SS, 7 years at W & 5 years at LJ already plus incoming GS of 4 years imho
We dont need GS to startup mining & the monster processing plants. We dont even need JORC or a DFS as we dont need funds either with $30M cash & NO DEBT.
$22M cash received, day 2
what will PH do with all this cash, well DS in 2015 went straight into LJ restart mode hiring 50 staff & didnt need to JORC EA 14kt at 4.1% high grade either.
BMM is still BMM.
if BHP want POS they will need to buy 1600M shares on market. If scrougy yanks BMM want POS they will need another 1100M shares for 51% control, but they didnt want to pay 9.1c let alone 18c or 29c so no chance without AF Padley or MDs shares.
smells like a t/o for sure.
