I think they need to focus on selling their fish at a higher price. The cost of doing things these days is always increasing (staff salaries, contractors, feed costs etc). Look at the housing market for new builds. Timber is scarce to find, so price goes up, people look at alternatives like steel structure, thats gone up. Inflation of everything is killing agricultural produce. CSS needs to increase their sale price, if the fish is good, people will buy it.
