True but if the rumours are true and they show up in the Top20 holdings, they wont be able to purchase Zip cheap. The rumour of Klarna buying in was worth around $9. Confirmation will take Zip well into double digits and a full takeover/merger will be a lot more costly afterwards. Klarna need to show their hand before the 26th of August if they want a full CHEAP takeover/merger.
