See we can't argue there is no manipulation, it is a fact that there is sure. What we can argue is management could have handled things better leading up to the CR. Way I see it we were fed a bunch of unrealistic information, either by design to keep the share price propped up or by serious miscalculations on the part of management. Neither good imo.

I'd argue that things could have been handled better on their part one way or another.

They were out played.
Good thing is we're soon going to burst through this unfortunate period, at least I hope I'm right because nothing sounds more depressing than being manipulated to a fraction of our worth right up until production.
