Not worth explaining to those on the site that continue to press an obvious agenda but I will again make it simple. Visa made application for an order constraining disclosure. That application was dismissed (not set aside). That means they lost. Whether by consent or otherwise means nothing. The only issue of interest is why Pomhat, Anaximines or anyone else would try and paint it in a different light but you don't have to be a genius to work that out.
