well said, you make some very good points.
The most important imo being that if this capital raising is voted down there will be carnage. Its too late to turn back the clock, some of the stock is already issued. If these shareholders succeed in voting against the raising this company will never be able to get another raising away.
If shareholders are truly worried about dilution and claim they would have participated in a rights issue then put your tackle on the table and take advantage of current sp of 27c.
The other point you make that i totally agree with is the notion that there is no benefit about ruminating on what has passed. Love your analogy of sawing on the branch that one is sitting on, perfect. ARW was a mess, but it is well in the past and no amount of talk will change that. IMO it is no longer relevant to what the company needs to do NOW in order to move forward.
