Yes. Hand OA is one of the best cases for PPS because the effect is systemic. Unlike treatments like intrarticular injections of cortisol or hyaluronic acid etc., which would require many injections into joints in a hand, PPS is just a single injection in subcutaneous fat in a convenient location that then acts everywhere.
