The JV will have a new name, just as the JV between Kidman Resources (KRR) and Sociedad Quimica y Minera De Chile was given the "Covalent Lithium" name. Wesfarmers (WES) took over from KRR, and the $2 billion project has already started, and tenders called for and awarded - see https://gateway.icn.org.au/project/4280/covalent-lithium-project.

Both SQM and WES committed to kicked in nearly a billion each. That may have been a big ask from KRR, but the value of the project allowed KRR to attract a new JV partner, and skip out with a bag of money. I do not think FYI is going to follow that pattern, but it could, and make the shareholders very happy.
