I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, in my opinion

Todays (11/08/21) announcement regarding the issue of athe "Supplementary Prospectus" does leave me a bit confused (Published on Hotcopper). At 1 (c) it states the following:

"Furthermore, as noted in the Prospectus, the AustAgri Transaction remains subject to a number of
conditions precedent which may or may not be fulfilled (including the Company completing the
necessary due diligence to its satisfaction). No assurance can be given if or when the AustAgri
Transaction and establishment of the sub-Fund may complete".

I think (imo) "The Company" is a defined term as Domacom in the prospectus (imo). If that is the case I was wondering which independant party is currently doing the Due Diligence on Austgri, How is DCL paying for it and when will it be released . If DCL is not the Company does anyone have any idea who it is, maybe the Supplementary Prospectus needs to amend its defined terms (imo).

In my opinion there also seems to no comment about the recent Austagri "Breakfee" does anyone know if this is still alive.
