IMO wealthy people in big flash houses with lots of storage don,t use it. They don,t have to, as they eat out a lot of the time & shop on a as need basis. The big monthly shop up is only done by people on tight budgets who live in small houses in outer suburbs.
Not viable to travel to the other side of the city to shop, or maybe they think it is.
