I have been a member of both Cellarmasters and Dan Murphys for years. Never bought a drop of wine on line from Dan Murphys. I never really went looking for wine from Cellarmasters but they always seemed to send me an email with an offer too good to refuse and I have bought many cases from them over the years. (I live in regional NSW so a long way from a Dan Murphys store but close to two BWS stores)
Since the demerger and the demise of Cellarmasters, I transferred my Cellarmasters membership across to Dan Murphys and have not heard a word from them since. Nothing. I have had a look at the website, and perhaps it is just because it is unfamiliar to me, but I find it much harder to find my around than it was with Cellarmasters. I hope this is not a sign of how Endeavour are going to operate!
Anyone have a similar experience?
