Ricky that's a personal-interest view. I've applied the full $30k and does hope for the scenario you mentioned.
However, fom the company standpoint, considering rising momentum, they should raise funds when it's needed only to avoid dilution as much as possible. Say when SP hit 15c, SYA can raise the same amount with half the dilution rate. I would respect management more who have the best interest for the company and all shareholders.
