yes they get the CSEM results - if it showed 1 billion barrells Shell won't walk away, why would they?
If you look at my posts today you will see that West Africa is in high demand at present. If Shell walk away some other party may come aboard as only part of the acreage has had the CSEM.
If Shell say no then it will be ugly but it certainly wont be all over judging by the demand out there.
