MLC. I am really confused-but not by you but by what is happenning in the pre-open quotes. I think we have a consensus on HC that you had to have bought shares by the close of business last friday to qualify for the 1 for 1 issue. I agree that the ex-issue price should be about 33 cents. So why are we seeing a whole heap of pre open bids and offers that equate with the shares being CUM the 1 for 1 issue as at 10am tomorrow ????? I cant access the 0800 numbers for SH enquiries as I live outside OZ but have asked the BL person who took my call to obtain an answer to this question " will a buyer of BLY shares on Wednesday or Thursday of this week be entitled to the 1 for 1 issue?" . If I dont get an emailed response today I will fax the Company overnite. Cheers
