dennycrane: I try to give you a well balanced reply not just an optimistic one:
1) Yes, FAR will receive the CSEM - but IF Shell would walk away it would mean a sub-standard result from the CSEM (at least sub-standard in the eyes of Shell...)
2) Yes, IF so. But with 1b or more, Shell certainly would not want to walk away...
3) Time is a crucial element. IF Shell would walk away, FAR will be under time-pressure to get a new partner.
4) FAR is only a "sure" winner IF the CSEM data will be positive to very positive.
Having said all the aforementioned in the interest of keeping discussions somewhat more balanced than I normally read on this board, I hasten to add that I do believe that Shell will take the option. All JIMHO, of course.
