A sell order @ 5 cents means the shares will be sold at the opening market price as soon as it opens.

A buy order @ 50 cents means the shares will be bought at the opening market price as soon as it opens,so long as the opening price is 50 cents or less.

Thats the way you make sure your order is filled without trying to guess what the opening price is.
