Interesting that the managing director is not selling into the scheme and intends on holding 2% of the company, yet recomends that we all sell out, I think I will hold these shares, I have done well in the past holding shares in companies after takeover, still receiving dividends every 6 months, even though they are not listed anymore, infact the dividends keep growing each year.
