debenture meeting

I'd say Vic and co are off to China to sew up a J/V of some sort regarding Kaocem, just in time for the Thursday week meeting of debenture holders. I for one will be at that meeting and I expect to hear exciting news on sales, possible J/V's and maybe finance. MSC is starting to move forward with sales for cement, blocks, bricks, crop protection and Ecopanels. When the market finally wakes up to their potential then off she goes.
I hope the 1 for 1 at 0.4c doesn't come to fruition as I think Vic has just been conned by brokers to do it and it is incredibly stupid when we just need 1 big order and away we go(finance will suddenly appear). We have until October 20 to settle the debentures which is 9 weeks away. Anyway let's see what happens Thursday week. Not long to wait. I wonder if there are any other intelligent people out there who can see what may happen.
