I never thought FTD really lead into the move for capital, but it probably did help it. It was always coming a week or two post EMA approval for IIb imo when they needed the cash to proceed.

Posters always crying out for the “it’s being capped” etc etc around 20c …. The volume was low, sure it was showing existing holders are holding tight but it also showed demand above it was low - that’s what it was testing - demand - you’re not about to try and raise $20m+ and see a large shortfall - they’ve been there before. You could argue they were simply trying to set vwap around 20c but is it convincing on low volume ? I’d suspect it probably comes at a discount.

Will be a good test though for all those frothy commissioned broker reports though - money where the mouth is and come in at a premium ? Or …. ? Lol
