Fair enough, you’ve done your due diligence but I’ve dealt with enough CEOs/MDs to know that they will never highlight a risk or downside, they will sugar coat and spin every time, and they will often downright mislead us.
Just make a bookmark or mental note that you’ve been assured a CR will it be necessary, because if/when a CR happens it will be important to acknowledge that you were 100% mislead and that would be the kind of red flag that reminds an immediate eject button move.
