The price went down yesterday. An unexpected and somewhat vague Sales update was released today that shot the price up 30%+
The nature of Sales update announcements is usually to put the company in the best light. If ASIC have asked for clarification, it will no doubt be to make things look less attractive - resulting in the gains from this morning being wound back.
I hope I'm wrong - I was too late to consider a 10c sell.
