Brought in yesterday, 1 bill in bank plus assests, strong for the current market, holding for the very long term..div will be king in the near future, companys will have debt ratios lower then before crash (big lesson)market will grow slow but be sustainable. at todays price the div will be 10% plus. compounded this will double your money in seven years, not counting the cap gain..
