With respect to reatail investors not being allowed to participate in the next capital raising. Given the previous share purchase plan was done in Sept/Oct 2020 would not sufficient time have transpired by the time this gets approved (if it gets approved) for KSL to do a second share purchase plan? It seems a bit unfair if the company raises capital again and retail investors don’t get a look in.
