I remember at the start of covid the government was like "we won't be bailing those dirty banks out people don't worry, especially not with how they have been behaving, this time we'll be giving to money directly to you the people" then they proceeded to put the royal commission recommendations on hold and send billions of $$$ to people, but they didn't drop it off in cash, they literally gave it to us through the banks! win votes and bail out the banks, KACHING
