I reached out to ECS through the FB messaging platform to ask for a confirmation of email address to send Investor related concerns. Keeping in mind this is client facing so response times should be quick as potential customers would also be reaching out this way for product queries.
I sent my message 11am Wednesday and it has still not been seen or read.
