This story is not going to end pretty … the capital raise is being conducted at a valuation that is almost above 50% of the NPV of the project (at a 8% discount rate) - this is the company’s own investor presentation.
who wants to take exploration, construction, project delivery risk to earn less than 8% return!!! Haha
