my committment to this Board is waivering, both Matt Bailey and Norman Li were voted in in November 2018

under the ASX Listing Rules, Directors cannot sit past their 3rd AGM
also under those listing rules an AGM must be called before the end of 5 months after the end of year, so before 30th November 2021

so it is VERY likely that the FOD AGM will not be until the 30th of November, as shareholder's first opportunity to vote for a change in the board

Unless of course we bring a section 249D vote forward to Remove a Director (or multiple Directors)

Go look at the price trend since November 2018 - I think you'll find 15c down to now 2.6c as I type this !!!

There is no escaping that truth !! - Matt Bailey and Norman Li has both presided over this dreadful share price performance since their last return to office as Board members.

to be frank, I don't give a brass yahzoo of their reputations - they've done a terrible job !!

one or more Directors should fall on their swords ......... but they wont, because there's more than 3 months to particpate in Related Party transactiosn between now and then
