Apparently there are 2 reasons why PNI is not paying taxes :
- unused tax losses (48 m in FY 21),
- main reason : the main part of their profit comes from the dividends received from their affiliates.
As these dividends are fully franked, PNI does not have to pay taxes on these dividends.
