Wally the facts are all on the table now. Its a waiting game. I do agree with you that FAR management are terrible with disclosure. They did not even announce in their extension of permits notice for Senegal that their permit size had been reduce by 50%. I guess ME just assumed we should know. Still waiting for my e-mail reply as well.

Nothing anyone at FAR can say or do now to affect this outome its in Shells hands. Shell don't often get things wrong, but if you show them your cards they will exploit you. Having the number 1 ranked Global 500 company knocking our FARs door is a huge outcome. Should Shell try swindle FAR, it will be detrimental to their relations with other Australian companies. Right now with huge developments in both the browse basin and queensland csg, they can't afford to go through the back door on this one. Australia supports competition and legal ramifications for Shell could be substantial. In saying this, they are also known for getting away with just a slap on the wrist, for just about everything.
