Borrow $20M and repay £153M within 12 months to double the cost of buying the ALO mine.
Excellent negotiating by the vendors. Whoever advised PLS should not be used again as a maximum value should have been put on this. Yes we've all done very well since but if PLS is to do more deals in the future I hope they have learnt from this stuff up.
