It would be pleasing to see Mr. Richard Freudenstein put his hands into his pockets and buy a meaningful amount, such as a hundred thousand units or so (circa A$1m+). I am sure he has the net wealth to afford such an investment. Skin in the game is important and at merely 11x CY21 EV/EBITDA this is surely the best bargain he is going to get across his tenure at Appen. He will be in a blackout window at the moment, but this will end after the release of the half-yearly results later this month.
