Unsurprisingly the shorters have reloaded so the share price will continue to be grinded/suppressed like it has been for the last 12 months. I'm hopeful that PAR have realised that they have to stop conveying exact messaging so these leeches have some uncertainty.
Best case scenario is that PAR follows through with only releasing to the market once they get an answer back from the FDA. Imagine if PAR "traps" the shorters late September with a trading halt and an announcement that the IND is open. One can only wish.
